Initially ordered wrong size. Contacted customer service & she (Lexi) was able to handle return, cancel auto shop & order correct size which we received in just a couple of days & arrange new auto ship all on one call that took all of 5 minutes. Filters appear to be excellent quality. Love threads of having auto ship so new filters come with little or no chance of you forgetting it’s time to change your filters
