I live in the desert, so the only filters available are 1 inch thick and so noisy no matter the brand MERS. This is a perfect fit, made a difference in power consumption for AC and can feel the difference in air quality.

I've had trouble finding the right filter to fit my return - no one local has them. I ordered from Filterbuy before and got the correct ones. Order some new ones and they didn't fit (I messed up). They were very helpful with the return and got me the correct filter.
Like the automatic shipping feature to have new ones sent to the house - very helpful. And the email reminder to change the filter, too!
