All of my 2-inch filters were bent, some took much time to straighten out but are okay now. Their condition may have been the reason for the discount and I am okay with that. I just did not know all of them would need to be worked on. The 5-inch filters had better support and needed very little work. It was worth the savings, but I did not read anything advising me the inner Pannels would need separated so they could function properly.

My order was not shipped correctly. The filters I received were not the filters I ordered. Notified the vendor that I did not receive the correct filters. New filters were to expedited to me and I still have not received the correct filters I ordered.
