I ordered the wrong size. Your customer service person was very helpful. She sent me the FedEx labels quickly and I've since returned the items to FedEx. When the return is received Filterbuy will send me what I needed. Great filters and Customer Service .

I recently purchased a pair of MERV 13 Filters of a customized size. The order was shipped promptly. When I opened the box I realized I had given the wrong size filters. I contacted the owner of the company, and told him I had placed the wrong order. He immediately replaced my order of the right size at no further cost to me for shipping of filer replacement. I received a new shipment within two days. I will always buy my HVAC accessories from Filterbuy and highly recommend them!
