I am most grateful for Filterbuy Customer Service Personnel who are so accommodating, personable and caring. I placed a customized filter order for my air handler with the wrong dimensions (not sure how I did this). A week or two after delivery I realized my big screwup. I called customer service to rectify my order and willing to pay the difference for returning the order and any charges associated with a replacement. To my surprise the Customer Service Representative willingly accepted my return without any additional charges and sent me a replacement within a week with no fuzz or extra charges. This Company is a keeper and a role model on Excellent Customer Service to other businesses in the USA. I highly recommend Filterbuy for all your filter needs where the customer needs comes first!

i purchased the incorrect size online. I called Filterbuy to explain what had happened and they informed me to ship incorrect filters back and they will send correct size to me. No shipping charges AND refunded my credit card the difference because correct filters are smaller dimensions.
