8x20x1 MERV 11 Pleated Air Filter

I received the wrong size. Returned it and will order the right size.
I always order from Filterbuy because the quality is the best.

My last 2 orders needed better packaging for shipment. I also order 3 8"x30"
filters along with the 6 8"x20 filters which they are put in the same box with extra space at the side and top. No additional packing substance is added to keep them from moving in the box. When the shipment arrives the box is broken and inside some filters are bent. The delivery person never comes to the door and I am not given the opportunity to refuse the package. The box is in no condition for me to return the filters. Please give this your immediate attention. The filters are of good quality but I feel when I receive them there is no quality by being bent and unusable. This is extremely frustrating as well as expensive to me! I sincerely hope you read this and can make improvements. If you feel an adjustment of some credit is due to the condition of some filters is due it would be greatly appreciated as I hope to continue with your company.
