Fast delivery. Have bought before and filter works well. One filter (out of two ordered) arrived damaged even though the outer carton was in perfect condition. Happened before but can straighten out bend in filter. Think they shove into carton carelessly and damage that way.

Your product met the specifications and arrived in only two days. I only wish it had come with weatherstripping-type felts and foam strips on all four edges to prevent air bypassing the filter as it fits too loosely without them. I glued them on myself, like this (see photo).

My initial purchase was for two MRV13 filters, when they arrived I found that MRV 8 filters were shipped instead. Customer Service promptly reordered the MRV 13 filters but, alas, when they arrived I got two MRV 8 filters again. Someone in the shipping Department can not read the proper filter to send.

Good price and perfectly adequate but not the same quality as my original one from Ultravation. Your filter is not quite wide enough so air will escape round the filter. It is also a bit too long so it was a struggle to get the filter drawer end cap on.

Product: Filterbuy furnace filter fits nicely in the box. The actual filter dimensions are slightly smaller than what is advertised, however, that information is disclosed upfront. The corrugated membrane that is the filter is think and has a decent amount of pleats. You'll notice the larger the filter, the larger the pleats and also less pleats - than, say a 2x16x20. Overall the filter installed easily and the build quality appears to be good. Experience: Since the act of changing furnace filters is predictable and frequent, I decided to make life easier on myself and have filters automatically shipped every few months. Setting this up online is simple and quick. Filters appeared on my doorstep within the interval of time that I set. Filterbuy's custom service is outstanding! I had an issue with the auto-shipment feature and sent custom service an email. Within a day, a representative had reached out and had already begun resolving my issue. If they are Honeywell 16x20x5 MERV 11 Replacement Filters they will fit and be replaced in five months by our AC service men.

Due to the recent fires here in Oregon the filter kept the house clear and free from smoke fumes.

While the filters fit exactly as I expected, they were received 14 days after the day they were ordered. This, despite being shipped Federal Express. I'd certainly order them again but with a different set of expectations on the delivery time. Great product nonetheless!

I ordered 3 filters for my Bryant furnance. They work just find, have been using them for the last year and a half. Confusing on how the filters are advertised for size, I get a 16 X 20 X 5, the 5 is actually a 4.25, on the filter it says 16 X 20 X 4.5. It would be nice if everyone simply used what the real size is, if it is 4.25, then list it as 4.25. The last ones I had said 16 X 20 X 5, now they say 4.50 and they are really 4.25. Confusing to say the least.

I initially purchased the 16x20x4 filter thinking this was what I needed since that was what I was replacing and it was a good price w/ free shipping so I pulled the plug. Quick shipping & free (I'm pleased if you hadn't noticed) Come to find out, FilterBuy's 16x20x4 wasn't the same size as my Honeywell 16x20x4... Sat on the shipment for a week (busy and what not) plus, who likes dealing with returns? With an online company?? Well, I had a great experience using FilterBuy's return/replacement services! I've been ordering from FilterBuy for a few years since I had by air conditioner/heating installed. Their site is easy to navigate and find the size filter I need. The order always arrives within 2 or 3 days.

The shipping is very good with UPS. I like the filters, I have bought several. But no where on the filter it is Marked Merv 13 or Merv anything. There is no overlay paper on the filters that says what Merv they are, and there is no paper in the shipping box that says what Merv they are. I called the company and asked how do I tell if I received 16x20x5 Merv 13 filters and I was told to count the pleats inside the filter. It would be better if the filters were marked somewhere on them or have an ovelay paper on their plastic wrapping that says what Merv they are.

I called with a number if questions to make sure I got the right fit filter. The lady taking the call was super. HD filters shipped to my daughter in Florida who took to my place and we're installed 2 days after ordering. Great service.

Apparently Honeywell doesn't make 16x10x4 anymore, which is what I ordered. The 16x20x5 are the same dimensions as the 4 inch ones, so I presume they will work just as well.
