To order on line was easy enough, received in reasonable time and quality of filters is good. What I did not like: for several days a received insistingly an email stating that filters were ready to ship but they need it my address, and asking to click in a place. I am extremely cautious, suspicious, of these type of emails; looked identically to yours, I never clicked on it. In your order confirmation you provided the tracking # and I saw it had been shipped. That was very good. So just for you to know it seems there is someone trying to do fraud using your name and identical format.

I thought I asked for 17.5 and was sent 17.75 Nothing wrong with filter however doesn’t fit as is .25 too big. It might of been my fault for measurement.

We had trouble finding this odd size of filters. Glad we found “Filterbuy”. The price is great.

After replacing my furnace the duct work was altered and the opening for the filter was slightly smaller than standard. I found Filterbuy and had the size of a standard filter reduced by about a half inch. I no longer gave to struggle to force the filter into place. I have purchased filters from Filterbuy for a number of years and found them to be reasonably priced and promptly delivered. After my first purchase of 4 (1 years supply), I began receiving constant renewal emails. I requested that I did not wish to receive monthly renewal reminders since I ordered a one year supply and the emails promptly stopped. I would recommend purchasing filters from this company.

I was in need of an air filter for a Carrier central conditioning unit. Carrier doesn't sell to the general public so i went to two other filter stores to purchase but none of them fit. I purchased my filters on line through filter tech and they fit perfectly. Thanks Filter Tech.

This was a reorder of the MERV 8 filters for my a/c unit. The process is set up to be easy and efficient.

First, the prices are high but since I need non-standard sizes I must buy custom and Filterbuy delivers a consistently good product - I've ordered from them 4 times! However, my orders are always shipped in 2 separate shipments (???). Once I place my order the system only shows "processing" from then on. Eventually I get tracking numbers with each shipment coming separately sometimes weeks apart. While tracking is not critical the process in place seems arbitrary and could be improved (IMO).

Very simplistic method to order custom sized filters. Filters arrived on time and were to the correct size. Love the auto order feature as well.

I keep getting updates from Fed that my package will be delivered, but it is still a NO-SHOW.

Order this product the first week of August. It’s almost September and have yet to receive my filter

Ordered 5 filters for my home. One was "lost" in the factory. The other four arrived on four different days, one filter per big cardboard box. Cardboard kills trees, fills landfills, and four separate deliveries inconvenience me, the extra truck fuel to make 4 deliveries causes pollution, and the cost of shipping undoubtedly is passed on in price. When asked, the company said they ship by filter. It would be far smarter to ship by order. My 5 filters could easily fit in just one of the boxes they sent me.

After receiving survey to review my experience, yet not yet having received my order, I'm told by customer service that they have no idea why and "The label was created on 6/13/22, but for some reason, there was no movement and seemed stuck in pre-shipment. To make things right for you, I'll submit an urgent request for the reshipment of your 2- 16.5x21.5x1 filters which will be shipped within 3 business days. Apologies for the inconvenience." Unfortunately, I'm leaving for vacation next week. This was my first time trying out Filterbuy.com...hopefully, not the last.

I have had a few issues with filterbuy over the last year. Wrong size filters came last year and this year they sent only 2 instead of 6. They did reprocess it and send the other 4 but seems like there is an issue every year when ordering.

The size should be 19 and 1/4, not 17 1/4

Evidently my order was lost. I called two weeks after my credit card was charged as filters had not shipped. Was given the option to just cancel the order. I explained to the nice young man that I would not have ordered them if I didn’t want them. Three days later I got the email saying my order was shipped. No reason given for the delay. Filters fit perfectly. Hopefully my reoccurring order will go smoothly.

Filters were made a 1/16" inch larger than the ones I bought from FilterBuy previously making them a very tight fit. I'm shaving off cardboard to put them in. Also, although it may not be their fault but a FedEx issue, it took 2 weeks to get them delivered. Not awesome.

I have an odd shaped heat exchanger and It is great that filterbuy can do specific sizes with many customization options. It is all online and you dont need to call them or send emails etc. However I still believe there is a room for price improvement. (Cut one star due to price)

I ordered custom sized filters. The filters I received are cut down from standard sizes. However, the filter material was not cut down but scrunched up inside. Besides not a great look it creates an unprofessional produced product.

Ordered 3 MERV 13, got 3 MERV 11. Called them they said to keep the wron ones and they would send out the correct ones. Got the new ones quickly but they were also MERV 11. Called them again. They wanted me to take pictures of what i got and email them to them. I did that. I think they want to send me out more filters!! I told them not to . I have 6 wrong MERV 11 so i will just use them. I do believe they shoukd do something tomake this right though. Also told them to check their order pickers/ fillers . They need to know they have a problem. Filters are an odd size and hard to find . These fit perfectly and seem to be very good quality. So if you dont mind the aggravation of gettind a wrong order teice and having to call, i would buy them.

I custom ordered a dozen 10 by 10 and 14 but 14 and 18 by eighteen. I needed the true sizes not standard which run about 1/4 to 1/2 smaller than the true size. I called them and will say they were really good about it and replaced them at ni charge. The problem is they sent the same smaller filters on the second order.
