Great Product but Fedex delivery to terrible!
Placed an order Apr 7, 2021, Fedex was notified "Shipment information sent to Fedex" but was NEVER picked up after 5 days (785690644671) called FilterBuys Customer Service, they decided to another order, new Fedex tracking (785878670857) this was picked up and delivered.
The above was shipped from your Odgen UT facility, and was to be delivered 4 miles away to North Ogden
FEDEX is the worst delivery service, in 2 years living in North Odgen UT, they have delivered 5 package to wrong address, 3 more not deliverable because they could not find my address. Lost a $600 Apple watch sent by Best Buys, took Fedex 4 months to confirm it was lost, before Best Buys would replace it. And they do not care!
Try USPS or UPS next time!
Now for your product, it's great, and excellent price, but shipping will make me think twice about recommending or reorder your product.
Would be nice to be about to pickup at warehouse if one lives as close a we do.
